Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the letsgo.ws website, mobile apps, and services (together, the "Service"), provided by letsgo.ws ("letsgo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm you're authorized to accept these Terms for them.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at support@letsgo.ws if you suspect unauthorized use. Keep your contact details accurate so we can reach you.

4. Beta service

letsgo.ws is currently in private beta. That means the Service is still evolving: features may change, break, or disappear, and we may impose or adjust limits. We provide the beta "as is" and may contact you for feedback. We'll do our best to keep your data safe, but please keep your own copies of anything important.

5. Your content

You own the content you create or upload — your text, images, photos, and the sites you build ("Your Content"). You grant us the limited license needed to host, store, display, and deliver Your Content so we can operate the Service (for example, serving your site to visitors and backing it up).

You're responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to use it. Don't upload anything that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Break the law or infringe others' intellectual property or privacy.
• Publish malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive or fraudulent content.
• Post unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative material.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Resell or white-label the Service without our written permission.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Plans, billing & trials

The Landing page plan is free. Paid plans (such as the Website plan) and add-ons are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are shown before you buy. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. You can cancel any time; your paid features continue until the end of the current billing period. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

If you purchase through Apple's App Store, that purchase is also subject to Apple's terms, and billing and refunds are handled by Apple.

8. Custom domains

If you connect your own domain, you're responsible for owning it and keeping its registration current. You're responsible for your registrar's fees, which are separate from your letsgo.ws subscription.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — our software, templates, branding, and design — belongs to letsgo.ws. These Terms don't give you any rights to our trademarks or to copy the Service, beyond using it as intended.

10. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. When an account is closed, we delete or de-identify Your Content as described in our Privacy Policy, except where we must retain it by law.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every need.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, letsgo.ws will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service grows. When we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
